On April 28, 2022, the "Fenghua Jinhai Tunnel, Jinping Tunnel Lighting Renovation Project" completed by our company passed the completion acceptance successfully.

Two tunnels:Jinhai, Jinping with the two-way length of about 11 kilometers, a total of 2929 sets of lamps were installed, all using our company's independent research and development of JYS12 series LED tunnel lights, which has high energy saving, high light efficiency, long life and other characteristics. The data tested by the national lamp quality supervision and testing center:

 

 Power: 90W, light efficiency 188.8LM /W, junction temperature rise:29.65℃.  

 

 

Tunnel reconstruction using intelligent control system, take RS485 as communication signals to do the point-to-point dimming for the lights in the tunnel, precise control each lamp’s brightness, make the luminance among different section:entrance reinforce section,transition section,basic section to be smooth and linear in transition,can not only improve the driving safety and visual comfort, and secondary tunnel lighting energy saving are realized.

The average illuminance and illuminance uniformity after transformation are 50% higher than the design standard, the overall illuminance are 50% higher and the uniformity of illumination: 30% higher than before.  According to the analysis of theoretical energy saving data:more than 2.74 million KWH of electricity can be saved in one year after the transformation, and the energy saving rate is more than 67% higher compared with that before.  

 

The project will contribute to Fenghua district's early realization of the goal of“CO2 emission peak and carbon neutrality”.
